RETAIL - Produced a user friendly Excel format allowing a local jeweler to translate thousands of rows of hand written inventory records into a searchable database with links from summary sheets to detail photo and specification pages. Thereby allowing efficient searching through designs already created for molds that fit specific customer criteria. This not only saves time searching through the records but allows re-purposing of molds that had already been created, cutting time and expense in design hours.
CONSTRUCTION - Designed Access database linked to both Primavera scheduling software and proprietary procurement software for a large remediation project. Allowed procurement due dates to routinely update with the latest schedule changes and additions to scope. Created multiple reports providing concise status to all levels of management.
MANUFACTURING - Designed several Excel workbooks linked to exported Primavera Project Management data with conditionally formatted depictions of manufacturing status specific to various departments. Developed charts for concise status reports used for management decision making.
AGRICULTURE – Designed Excel workbook to collect hourly and piece work labor data for grower. The resulting database and pivot tables allow display of not only employee hours, and productivity rates on daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis but also product reports for the same time periods.
REFINING – Developed system in Excel to link to exported project schedule data, giving real time measure of compliance with multiple project goals measured under multiple conditions depicted with tables and charts. Developed conditionally formatted Excel workbook with macros to report project milestone status in a concise 2 page report.
CORPORATION – Designed Excel workbook with forms to track member qualifications and participation in various programs using macros and pivot tables allowing efficiency from data entry through management reporting whether by individual, program or group.
