General Clerk Training Program
Designed to provide hands-on instruction, the General Clerk Training Program empowers participants with the basic skills employers are looking for.
Whether transitioning from school into the workforce, changing career paths or simply in need of office training,
the General Clerk Training Program will give your clients an advantage when applying for a clerical position.

| Record Management & Office Technology | Correct email messaging protocols, receiving messages (In person, telephone and by email), building itineraries and agendas. proper filing skills; paper and electronic. Equipment usage including; telephone skills, computer, photocopier, scanner and basic network system competencies. |

*Prerequisite: Must have Welcome to the World of Computers before beginning program or be able to demonstrate a basic understanding of computers and how they operate.
The General Clerk Training Program's course duration is dependent on the amount of time the student can commit to studies. Generally the expected durations are: One (1) Quarter for Full Time student (5 days a week) or Two (2) quarters for a Part Time student (minimum 3 days a week).
