This past year, I attended a series of classes provided by Lou Ann's company. Though I am a heavy user of Microsoft Excel, I was amazed by what I didn't know and how easy it was to learn. Lou Ann and her staff walk you through hands on exercises which allow you to put your new knowledge to use. Immediately after many of the classes I was able to put the new information to use in my own business and improve many of the day to day Excel spreadsheets that I use. I can't tell you how many hours of work I have saved by learning the correct way to use the program versus they way I was previously using it.

Recently my hard drive crashed without warning. I was in panic since as a small business owner and operator, my computer is my number one tool.

I dropped it off at Reed Advantage because I knew that besides computer training they offer, Adrian Santangelo doing computer repair and systems admin there.

I was so relieved later that morning when Lou Ann called me and said that Adrian was working on it despite his busy schedule.

In the afternoon I was informed that my computer was being diagnosed and I was informed of the possible outcomes of my situation.

Adrian worked on my computer that evening and despite the fact that my hard drive was ruined, Adrian was able to clone it and retain virtually ALL of my files.

I was able to pick up my computer the next day in completely restored condition.

On top of that, I was very pleasantly surprised at the very reasonable price (less than $150) of the whole adventure.
